This company is just pathetic and shows zero respect for its customers. I placed an order for a rain coat and it's been nearly a month without it. After multiple trips to their stores and back-and-forth emails, they finally concluded that my rain coat is lost and will refund me. Not a single bit of compensation was offered for all the time and hassle I’ve gone through trying to sort this out. I chatted with one of their reps (another hour wasted) and after a lengthy talk about how I deserve more than just a refund, they threw a 10% discount my way, which I already get as a student. Honestly, pathetic is the best word for it. If they were a decent brand like others I’ve shopped with, they’d be giving me the rain coat for free by now or at least a decent discount over 10% for my next purchase. This whole situation is just a joke. I would NOT recommend them to anyone.

Awful UPS Service in the UK. Have you heard about how terrible UPS is over here? It's just a sea of negative feedback and gripes. There's even a Facebook group dedicated to the awful service. Does anyone at the original American company even care? You should check it out. Seriously, don’t ship anything to the UK; it just won’t get there. I called today, and now they say my package is lost after nearly a month of nonsense and incompetence.

Costly, but there are some design problems. For instance, the winter jacket lacks sleeve protection, which is just not practical at all. I also reached out to their support on Facebook three times asking how to clean the rain jacket, since you can't toss it in the washing machine. Still no response.

I placed an order yesterday, thinking I'd get my stuff maybe on Saturday or, more probably, Monday. But they showed up this morning, less than a day later!

I've shopped with them previously and had no issues. This time, I mistakenly got the wrong size for a skirt. I reached out via email to see if I could cancel the order, and a few hours later, I got a super friendly reply. Just an hour after that, they refunded me through PayPal. Now that's what I call speedy and excellent service!

I came across a deal from this shop that promised to include a cool promo item with each purchase. But guess what? They totally dropped the ball on that. So, for me, this store just ain't reliable.
